I had a mixed experience at Banthai Village. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the night markets, and the surroundings were lush and peaceful. However, I encountered issues with the room, like having to leave my shoes outside and a rather strange transparent bathroom door. While the staff was generally friendly, I did notice a lack of accommodation for certain requests. Overall, it felt like a boutique retreat, but not without its quirks.
